Return Guidelines:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories and packaging.
- Returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not accepted, as all products are inspected and tested prior to shipment.
- Items damaged during shipping or with factory defects are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- For returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

By purchasing from ThingToSell.com, you agree to our open-box inspection and testing policy. Under Texas law, we are not required to accept returns for non-defective products that have been accurately described and properly inspected.
